Adds Outmake to the UIs list.

Outmake (https://outmake.app) is a free native Mac app (Apple silicon, macOS 26) that uses stable-diffusion.cpp with Metal as the backend for its picture and video generation, alongside llama.cpp for chat. It downloads models from Hugging Face and Civitai and runs them on the Mac. Closed source and free, like Jellybox in the same list.

Thanks for stable-diffusion.cpp. I'm the developer.

Thanks for building on stable-diffusion.cpp! The README's UI list is now limited to open-source projects. I've also removed Jellybox and documented this policy in CONTRIBUTING.md to keep things consistent, so I'll be closing this PR.

You're welcome to share Outmake in Discussions. Thanks for understanding!
