The v26.10.0 entries had grown into a flat list in the order they were merged, with two kernel upgrade lines and the Wi-Fi, routing, bridge and board changes spread out. Group changes and fixes per subsystem, like v26.09.0, and add a note for NETCONF and RESTCONF clients about the renamed and removed YANG nodes. Add the missing BPI-F3 and VisionFive2 bootloader, BPI-R3 WED, 6 GHz open access point, MT7531 switch and journal snapshot entries. Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
Most entries repeated what the User Guide and the board READMEs already say, which made the release notes hard to scan. Keep what changed and what an operator must act on after upgrading, and link to the docs for the rest. Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
