A station hostapd drops for inactivity is announced disconnected a second before it is unbound from its port, so the re-read on the control event still finds it bound and connected stayed true until the next station came or went. The kernel's delete names the access point, as the station is moved back before removal, so take the nl80211 station events as a cue for the ports too. The radio check in netdag_must_del() never matched, so the interface stayed on the old phy and hostapd failed to find a frequency for the new radio's channel. Signed-off-by: Mattias Walström <lazzer@gmail.com>

Only band steering and the mesh backhaul touched 5 GHz, and only on a single channel. A --band option and a wifi-band topology placeholder let the same test map onto a radio for either band. Signed-off-by: Mattias Walström <lazzer@gmail.com>
