Summary

  • Separate reviewed protocol release notes from imported technical component changelogs; document protocol 1.5 from the published Lexicon 1.5.0 release.
  • Restore visible protocol-release navigation, keep the Releases overview concise, and remove documentation-repository commits from release highlights.
  • Link component release pages to their owning GitHub repositories. The new SDK repository remains unconfirmed; the linked legacy SDK is explicitly marked deprecated.
  • Document the human release review step for the Lexicon changelog and protocol notes.

Validation

  • pnpm test (81 passed)
  • pnpm run build
  • pnpm run check:links
  • git diff --check

Follow-up

The reference schema tables are still pinned to @hypercerts-org/lexicon@1.4.1 and should be updated separately. This PR does not change Lexicon publishing automation or publish a package.
