Copied as-is from hookdeck/webhook-registry samples-doc/providers/better-stack/. The incident `comment` example is the only rendered delivery body Better Stack's Uptime webhook docs publish; topic_identifier `event` resolves it to `comment`. Merge after hookdeck/webhook-registry#125, which adds the
better-stackregistry row and thesamples-docfile this PR copies.Before: Hookdeck has
BETTER_STACKandBITCULATORsource types, but this repo had no samples for either.After:
