Item sources are reviewed in their own PRs. This PR publishes the registry index, search vectors, docs pages, payloads and navigation together.

Required workflows are dispatched on this snapshot. Review and merge after checks pass. Publication uses GITHUB_TOKEN and GitHub-signed API commits; branch protection remains in effect.

Approve at dd011b1e, as Miguel asked in the review channel. This PR carries only generator output for 6ae1af74, which is still the tip of main, and CI is green.

Checked

• Scope: all 259 files are inside the generator's path list (scripts/catalog-generated-paths.mjs). Nothing falls outside it.
• Regenerated: I ran the workflow's steps at 6ae1af74. Every generated file is byte-identical to this head except local-vectors.bin. That file differs only by CPU float noise: the smallest cosine is 0.9967 against the 0.99 drift threshold, and local-vectors.json (names and text hashes) is identical. check:catalog-drift --committed reports a match.
• Vectors: 446 rows of 384 dimensions, matching the registry's searchable items exactly.
  • Against main: 59 added and 1 removed (simulated-cursor, whose source #4349 removed).
  • 7 rows changed for real, and every one belongs to an item whose source #4349 edited.
• Content:
  • registry.json grows from 400 to 454 items with none removed, and every entry has a source folder.
  • All 605 nav pages in docs.json exist, and every catalog page is in the nav.
  • The new shader blocks each have a page, a payload and a nav entry.
• Why each diff group is there:
  • The hashed font assets are rebuilt from scratch each run. None is orphaned, no deleted hash is still referenced, and the largest is 34 KB.
  • caret-swap is first published here; its source came in #4906.
  • simulated-cursor drops out because its source was removed.
• Commits: all 11 are GitHub-verified, single-parent bot commits. Their file sets don't overlap, and together they are the sorted change list cut into publish-catalog.mjs's 100-file batches. Nothing was hand-edited.
• Local checks:
  • verify:catalog-payloads: 107/107 load without errors in headless Chrome.
  • check-artifact-coverage and check-docs-catalog pass.

• Only generated files change. All 259 changed files are under docs/ and registry/; nothing else differs from the merge base 7b85b284.
• The catalog regenerates byte-identically. I checked out 7b85b284 and ran the catalog-publish.yml steps locally: builds, then check:catalog-drift, which reported "every searchable field matches the published vector revision". The resulting docs/ and registry/ tree matches this head exactly: 0 files differ, including local-vectors.json. As a control, the same tree differs from the base in 259 files.
• CI: every required check is green on the head commit's check-runs. Studio: edit accuracy gate is path-skipped. No open CRs.
