What actually happened?

• Currently, this project appears to maintain support for Node.js versions that have already reached their End of Life (EoL).
• Because of this backward compatibility, some packages in the dependencies cannot be upgraded to more recent versions.
• Some package is already deprecated (like rimraf, glob) and needs upgrade. see Fix: upgrade rimraf (from deprecated v3.0.2 to v5.0.7)  #275
• Would it be possible to consider dropping support for EoL Node.js versions?
