google-cloud-bigtable 2.46.0 and newer(https://pypi.org/project/google-cloud-bigtable/2.46.0/) has a performance regression in ReadRowsQuery.add_range caused by redundant deduplication checks. The regression was in #18196 and released in #18368.

Fix is in progress in #18706
