Following the September 9, 2026 sunset of Google Ads API developer tokens and removal of developer token checks (googleads#563), remove developer token setup instructions and placeholders from user-facing documentation and sample configuration: - Remove developer token instructions, link, and `config.developer_token` snippet from `README.md`. - Remove `c.developer_token` from the sample `google_ads_config.rb`.
