When a call at the root of a dereference chain with trailing dereferences has a hugged expression lambda argument (e.g. `SpliteratorTester.of(() -> ...).expect(...)`), preserve the extra `+4` argument indentation so the lambda body is indented at `+8`, differentiating it from the chained `.expect(...)` call at `+4`.
