feat(gooddata-eval): send the document format on agentic document runs - #1905
gooddata-eval can ask gen-ai for a document content format: ChatClient and the document-skill evaluation take document_format and send it as options.documentFormat on every chat message. Library only: the gd-eval CLI and the other agentic runners do not pass it, and nothing changes for a caller that leaves it unset.
LX-3326 (the "gooddata-eval can send document_format" half of its second acceptance criterion)
What this implements
$ uv run --package gooddata-eval pytest packages/gooddata-eval/tests/test_sse_client.py packages/gooddata-eval/tests/test_agentic_document_skill.py -q
243 passed in 7.44s
$ TEST_ENVS=py314 make -C packages/gooddata-eval test
======================= 2472 passed, 1 skipped in 55.81s =======================
Request body with document_format="aac-v2" and reasoning_effort="LOW" (test_send_message_sends_document_format_with_reasoning_effort):
With both unset, options is omitted and the body is unchanged.
Decisions
The format is fixed per client and sent on every turn, not only the first.
gen-ai keeps a draft in the format of the turn that wrote it, and a turn in the other format cannot continue it, so follow-up and clarification turns need it as much as the first message.
Same shape as reasoning_effort: one options object, built in send_message (core/chat/sse_client.py).
Only aac-v1 and aac-v2 are accepted; anything else raises ValueError before any chat request.
gen-ai rejects any other value (pydantic validation, a 422). normalize_document_format (core/config.py) strips and lowercases like normalize_reasoning_effort; blank means unset.
run_agentic_document_skill validates beside the fixture validators, so a bad value fails before the narrative judge asks for OPENAI_API_KEY.
The format is recorded in the Langfuse dataset-run metadata as document_format, not in the run name.
The caller planned for it (the tavern-e2e shim) sets one format per job, and the run timestamp is per session, so no run name mixes formats.
If both formats are ever run in one session, build_run_context needs the format in the run name, as it has for reasoning_effort.
What comes next
gdc-nas tests/tavern-e2e: a signature-gated knob that relays the format (failing the run when the installed gooddata-eval cannot send it), and the pin bump to the release carrying this change.
The agent_document_skill evaluation on aac-v2, once v2 drafting lands in gen-ai.

Walkthrough
The agentic document skill and ChatClient now accept an optional document format. Supported values are normalized before use. The client adds the format to message options, and the evaluator records a provided format in run metadata.

The configuration defines and normalizes aac-v1 and aac-v2. ChatClient sends a set format in message options. Tests cover normalization, option combinations, and invalid values.
Pass the format through the document skill packages/gooddata-eval/src/gooddata_eval/core/agentic/document_skill.py, packages/gooddata-eval/tests/test_agentic_document_skill.py
The runner and evaluator accept and forward document_format. The evaluator records a provided normalized format in run metadata. Tests cover forwarding, metadata, and rejection before a request.

A rabbit checks the format string, And trims the spaces from everything. AAC-v1 or AAC-v2 goes, Into each message as it flows. The run metadata notes the choice, Then hops away with cheerful voice.

gen-ai picks the document content format per turn from `options.documentFormat` (`aac-v1` or `aac-v2`) and otherwise from the `enablePublisherV2` flag, which is off for the evaluation org, so the `agent_document_skill` items always ran on the v1 Report names. `ChatClient` now takes `document_format`, validated by `normalize_document_format` when the client is built, and sends it beside `reasoningEffort` in one `options` object that is omitted when both are unset. `run_agentic_document_skill` and `evaluate_agentic_document_skill` take the same argument and validate it before any request. Every turn carries it, since gen-ai keeps a draft in the format of the turn that wrote it. `evaluate_agentic_document_skill` also records it as `document_format` in the dataset-run metadata. It is not part of the run name, so it separates runs in Langfuse only when their names already differ.
