A logical indicator now works on double input, so true and false match the 1 and 0 entries. Other input types still reject logical indicators.

BEFORE:

octave:3> TF = ismissing ([1 0 2 1], true)
error: ismissing: 'indicator' and 'A' must have the same data type.

AFTER:

octave:3> TF = ismissing ([1 0 2 1], true)
TF =

  1  0  0  1

MATLAB:

>> TF = ismissing ([1 0 2 1], true)


TF = 1×4 logical array
     1     0     0     1
