Editing an existing topic or collection

I'm suggesting these edits to an existing topic or collection:

• Image (and my file is *.png, square, dimensions 288x288, size <= 75 kB)
• Content (and my changes are in index.md)

Transparency note: I work as devRel for Inditex, so I have a professional connection to this organization. I'm flagging it upfront rather than hiding it. My motivation is that InditexTech has been publishing real, maintained open source projects and it seems like a natural fit for this collection, the same reason any external contributor might propose it. I'm happy to adjust or withdraw if the maintainers disagree.

Why this organization fits the collection:

• InditexTech is the GitHub organization where Inditex (the group behind Zara and other brands) publishes its open source work, with 40+ public repositories.
• It maintains active original projects such as mcp-server-simulator-ios-idb, weavejs, cerbia, and gh-sherpa, as well as actively maintained forks of widely used projects (e.g. openapi-generator, ff4j, spring-cloud-stream).
• The organization documents its FOSS practices publicly in InditexTech/foss (FOSS Manifesto, guidelines and templates) and showcases its projects at https://opensource.inditex.com.

Regarding placement: I don't see an explicit ordering rule in the list, so I placed the entry around the middle. I'm happy to move it wherever the maintainers consider appropriate.

Curating a new topic or collection
