Plan

What changed

Requests to /changelog/ now list October 13-16 documentation changelog entries. They replace the September 15-18 entries.

sentry-docs must deploy before this text is live. Vercel skip-build rebuilds sentry-docs when includes/ changes. It skips develop-docs for this path.

Risk

Bad MDX in the include can 404 the changelog page at runtime. New entries can link to missing docs paths. This include is not used on other docs pages.

Intended effect

This is a docs edit. Telemetry does not record the changelog page body. The executor cannot confirm the new October headings from metrics.
