Companion to fullstackhero/dotnet-starter-kit#1461, which is the frontend half of fullstackhero/dotnet-starter-kit#1453.

• Changelog: one bullet under 2026-11-03 covering the upgrade, what forks need to change (tsconfig baseUrl, the jsx-a11y fork, the new React hooks lint rules, zod 4 idioms) and the Node 26 / pinned nginx images.
• Frontend pages: Vite 7 -> 8, TS 5.x -> 6.0, zod 3.x -> 4.x and Lucide 0.4xx -> 1.x in the admin tech table, architecture, dashboard and index pages. The admin page now mentions the WebSocket forwarding on its dev proxy.
• Development: the Docker images are now node:26-alpine and nginx:1.31.8-alpine, and the linting section describes ESLint 10, the React Compiler-aware hooks rules and the jsx-a11y fork.
• Prerequisites: Node 20.19+ or 22.13+ to match the new engines range (CI and containers use Node 26).
• CI/CD: Frontend CI runs on Node 26.
