.RequirePermission()and an endpoint's.RequirePermission()are both enforced, so the caller needs every permission from both (RequirePermission on a group and an endpoint: the endpoint's set replaces the group's dotnet-starter-kit#1429, PR fix(identity): enforce group and endpoint RequirePermission together dotnet-starter-kit#1452).PUT /profilerow in the endpoint table now says there is no e-mail field and anemailin the body is ignored (UpdateUserCommand.Email is validated but never written dotnet-starter-kit#1431, PR fix(identity): drop the unused Email field from UpdateUserCommand dotnet-starter-kit#1454).Merge after the two code PRs land.
