Node 22 removed crypto.createCipher/createDecipher, so clone with --src-db-secret/--dst-db-secret crashed or silently nulled encrypted fields.
Replaced them with createCipheriv/createDecipheriv plus deriveKeyAndIv, a port of OpenSSL EVP_BytesToKey (MD5) taken from formio-server.
This keeps the ciphertext byte-identical to what formio-server writes and reads.
