The failed Deno job is an existing timing flake: the cancellation test in packages/vocab/src/lookup.test.ts starts a 1-second timer that can finish during the later span-events test. That file and the lookup implementation are unchanged from the base. A focused run passed 4 tests and 18 steps, so I did not touch the test. |

Mock inbox delivery did not attach federation loaders, so lazy actor lookups rejected localhost even when tests opted in. Configure HTTP loaders for received activities and federation-created contexts when allowPrivateAddress is true, using a working tracer for context-based lookups. Preserve offline mock behavior when false or omitted. Clone received activities without losing their original JSON-LD or unknown extensions, and keep embedded object identity and trust intact. Add regression coverage and document the opt-in behavior. Mock inbox activities lacked federation loaders, so
follow.getActor()fell back to a loader that rejects localhost. WhenallowPrivateAddressistrue, share an HTTP loader between received activities and federation-created contexts, with a tracer that runs context-based lookup callbacks.Clone the outer activity to attach loaders while preserving the caller's instance.
