Replays v9.5.0 -> v9.9.0. TRY400 joins the ruff ignore list because PluginLogger has no exception(), PLR2004 is relaxed under tests/ because an assertion's expected value is the literal it asserts, .gitlab-ci.yml learns to include .gitlab-ci-custom.yml when that file exists, and the agent skills and rules shipped under .claude/ are updated. Verified against a project freshly rendered from the same answers: pyproject.toml differs only by this project's own dependencies, and no list valued setting lost an entry. task check:ruff, check:mypy and check:trivy pass here; pytest is left to the pipeline. task check:trivy fails on any finding and trivy's database has moved on since this lock was written: pyjwt 2.13.0 carries thirteen advisories and urllib3 2.7.0 three. Updating only the flagged packages keeps the change reviewable and makes the scan clean again.
