Grouped offers can combine an available H200:1 with an unavailable H200:8 and hide the unavailable status. Split GPU and CPU groups by availability across counts, regions, backends, and spot policies. Treat Available and Unknown as equivalent for grouping, and show the complete actual status set in both the UI and CLI, deduplicated and sorted. The API keeps its existing availability list format.

Example CLI output using synthetic offers:

Opening the Offers page without a Spot policy filter now shows both on-demand and spot offers. To see only one type, select On-demand or Spot in the filter. The Launch component still explicitly preselects On-demand in the Spot policy filter.

Round displayed prices to at most two decimal places, e.g. $52.7436..217.54 → $52.74..217.54, to make them easier to compare. Underlying prices stay unchanged.
