My work spans intelligent embedded systems – autonomous UAVs, edge-AI and IoT devices, biomedical and brain–computer interface applications – and the machine-learning and signal-processing algorithms behind them. As a PhD supervisor, I guide doctoral research in these areas. I am also the Executive Coordinator of CERFS, the Research Center for Intelligent Systems and Applied Electronics (Centrul de cercetare în Sisteme Inteligente și Electronică Aplicată), a Center of Excellence.

- Low-complexity parallel algorithms for GPU and multicore CPU: a four-way parallel MDST algorithm (paper submitted to Eng, MDPI), with code and benchmarks in MDST-with-4-paralel-sections.
