Run single-platform

Build and pushfor more than 25 minutes after switching to a source-built Swoole extension. Emulation is a likely bottleneck; live compiler output was unavailable, so this does not claim a confirmed deadlock.Validation: inspected the variants manifest (both ARM variants specify exactly
linux/arm64), checked the runner-selection expression against ARM, AMD64 and multi-platform values, and rangit diff --check. GitHub Actions execution is still needed to validate native runner operation.This PR does not cancel the current publication or merge the Brotli fix (#9).
