Deploy website preview for each PR - #10

🧹 Preview for this PR has been torn down. |
The new GHA workflow uses the `previews` branch to deploy a preview of
each PR. For each PR a new directory is created in
./deploy/preview/pr-${PR_NUMBER}. The Flux instance running on our K8s
cluster picks that up and deploys it, making it available at
https://pr-${PR_NUMBER}.website-preview.coppersoft.dev.
