Migrate default readers and builders to current context-based constructors, replace deleted typed frees, and compose manifests through a builder. Remove thread-local load_settings and migrate callers to explicit contexts. Update preflight version detection, run threading checks, and document the upcoming breaking change. Keep this work in the DO NOT MERGE preflight PR. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Compatibility preflight against c2pa-rs main ahead of the mid-November breaking-changes release. Enables the existing Unix and Windows source-build CI matrix without changing the pinned release. DO NOT MERGE.
