SP-3322: Add --live option to t2tc package list

Description

• New t2tc package list --live. It calls Pacman's new GET /api/core/packages/export/list-live and lists the live state of each project: the package its LIVE pointer targets, the version that branch was set live as, and when.
  • Projects without a LIVE pointer are skipped. LIVE branches that were never deployed are included.
  • If the team doesn't have the live branch pointer feature, Pacman returns the deployed main packages.
• With --json, each entry carries the usual fields plus branch and liveSince from Pacman. version is the live version. No CLI change was needed for these fields; they pass through as-is.
• Works with --json, --flavors and --withDependencies. Fails fast when combined with --staging, --branches, --packageKeys, --keysByVersion, --variableValue or --variableType.
• With --json, live packages go through the same Studio enrichment (spaceId, data models) as the default list.
• Docs: new "List Live Packages" section. CCM is listed as an available --flavors value.
• Tests: t2tc-package-list.spec.ts (live text and JSON output, CCM flavor cases) and module.spec.ts (option wiring and incompatible-option checks). 37/37 pass locally, and the type check is clean.

Depends on the Pacman endpoint being deployed before --live can be used against a realm.
