Jira Issue: CLI-71 - Queue not processing after compact command
Problem Statement:
Previously, after executing the
/compactcommand, any queued prompts would stall and not process automatically. This required a manual/run-queuecommand to resume processing, leading to an interrupted workflow.Changes Introduced:
This pull request addresses the issue by introducing a mechanism to automatically drain queued prompts after the
/compactcommand completes.Technical Details:
A new flag,
_drain_queue_after_command, is set toTruewithin theCompactCommandclass. This flag signals the system to process any pending prompts in the queue immediately after the compaction operation finishes, preventing the workflow from stalling.Files Changed:
cecli/commands/compact.pyTesting Notes:
/compactwith queued prompts, the prompts are processed automatically without manual intervention._drain_queue_after_commandflag correctly triggers the queue drainage.
