Moves nginx-unprivileged 1.30-alpine to its current digest. That clears the one high jiji's nightly Trivy scan found: libtiff (CVE-2026-4775), which is in the image for nginx's image-filter module.

tiff 4.7.1-r0 → 4.7.2-r0
nginx 1.30.5 → 1.30.5

Trivy 0.69.3 (HIGH/CRITICAL, fixed only): 1 → 0.

jiji's nightly scan found libtiff 4.7.1 (CVE-2026-4775, high) in the
image, there for nginx's image-filter module. The current digest of the
same 1.30-alpine tag carries tiff 4.7.2 and scans clean. Still nginx
1.30.5.
