Pin the gateway's Envoy data-plane image to distroless-v1.37.10 by multi-architecture digest. This contains the GHSA-3wvj-j6qm-62mr Brotli decompressor fix while preserving compatibility with the cluster's Envoy Gateway 1.7 controller and existing service/listener settings.
Validated with Kustomize rendering and server-side dry run. The corresponding live gateway image was patched and its Envoy admin state/listeners checked during the cluster-wide rollout. No active Brotli decompressor was configured before the upgrade.
