Refresh the home page operator console film so the Notifications / alerts beat uses a new screenshot from the real /admin UI .

  admin.mp4 grows from 9.5 MB to 22.2 MB for this screenshot refresh. The home page loads it with preload="auto", and the console film has no smaller source for mobile or data-saving users. This adds 12.7 MB per full download and makes playback harder on slow connections. Consider re-encoding the film closer to its previous size.
