• All ViewDefinition names count, in one bracket or in separate strings.
• Add-on views don't count as a base MVD.
• More than one distinct base MVD is flagged; a duplicate name too
• A second FILE_DESCRIPTION already fails the syntax check (tested)

Apparently multiple strings are supported, also because they are limited to 256 chars (although that's a limit I think we can also choose not to enforce)

Not sure about the "duplicate name counts once" - I would prefer to flag that as well, just because it is silly.
