After a tab or Chrome crash, an agent can repeatedly retry the dead page even though recovery controls are available. This adds one sentence directing the agent to a fresh tab or the available browser-replacement API, while checking previous submissions before repeating them. The final diff was verified to contain only that sentence and a separating blank line in the browser-execute skill; there are no runtime or test changes.
