Add missing lazy-load stuff to Bink (#14430) - #14431
Expanded the WebAssembly lazy-loading guidance, including route-based loading, loading custom implementations, and requirements for different Blazor hosting and render modes.
Clarified that Bink-dependent types must not be used by assemblies read at startup, and that lazy-loaded implementations must be placed in an assembly loaded with Bink.
Added AOT-specific configuration guidance and troubleshooting information for assembly-loading failures.
Updated the quick-start and setup guides to describe when Bink can be loaded on demand.

Walkthrough
The documentation now describes lazy loading Bit.Bink on WebAssembly. It adds route-based loading guidance, hosting-model setup details, AOT constraints, and troubleshooting references.

WebAssembly lazy-loading guidance
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Main guide and setup instructions src/Utilities/Bink/README.md, src/Utilities/Bink/Bit.Bink/README.md
The guides describe route-based loading, constraints on references to Bink types, custom implementation placement, hosting-model setup, and AOT behavior.
Demo guidance and troubleshooting src/Utilities/Bink/Demo/Client/..., src/Utilities/Bink/Demo/Server/...
The demo links to the lazy-loading guidance, updates setup instructions for hosting models, adds search keywords, and includes an assembly-loading symptom and prompt guidance.
The guidance is mergeable with minor corrections or follow-up: match the whiteboard route segment and clarify that applications must include every drawing route in their loading check.

The title identifies Bink and lazy loading, but the word "stuff" is vague and does not describe the main documentation and guidance changes.
Replace "stuff" with a specific description, such as "Document WebAssembly lazy loading for Bink."

Explanation
Issue #14430 is open and directly linked, but it gives no acceptance criteria or specific coding requirement. The PR adds focused lazy-loading guidance for Bink in the package README and demo documentation. It covers assembly marking, router loading, render modes, custom types, registration timing, and AOT constraints. The demo search and diagnostic guidance also reference the new section.

Explanation
The changed files support the lazy-loading topic in #14430. README updates document the feature. Demo guide, search keywords, MCP prompt text, and completion text expose or diagnose the same feature. No unrelated product behavior or unrelated documentation change is shown by the reviewed diff.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 1 functions across 4 files. A rabbit reads the loading guide, Then hops where canvas pages hide. It waits until the route is near, And loads the needed code with cheer. AOT stays clear of lazy flight, The bunny nibbles docs tonight.
