Use actions/github-script v9 in the fork track workflow - #18

The script only reads a file and calls core.exportVariable, so the v9 breaking changes, which touch @actions/github internals, do not apply.

Bumps
actions/github-scriptfrom v7 to v9 infork_pr_benchmarks_track.yml, matching the GitHub Actions how-to (bencherdev/bencher#1268 bumps the docs block from v6).The script only calls
require('fs')andcore.exportVariable. The v9 breaking changes (require('@actions/github')and redeclaringgetOctokit) do not apply.This workflow runs on
workflow_run, which always uses the default branch's file, so this PR's own checks do not exercise the change; the first fork track run after merge does.
