Python plugin shows error message on install (26.43) #2187

User specs: Oppo k13 turbo Pro with Android 16

I replicated this on a Google Pixel 6a with Android 16. In my case, the plugin showed the error, but successfully installed and produced usable templates (see video). I asked the user to report back on template function, but they haven't responded.
