- add migration path to the warning to make it more useful for platform or plugin developers - 'nb.disable.editorkit.hack' can now be used to disable the kit injection including the warning - the default value of the flag will be set true in future first, before subsequent removal of the code
the path sorting indentation requires child paths to follow right after their parent. But this isn't the case when simply sorting by String. added test note: Moved RandomlyFails annotation from test class to test methods, otherwise the testcase would not run.
'DocumentUtil-createDocument()' may be called with an empty references list. In that case no "references" fields would be added to the doc and terms would be null. also updated in MemoryIndex
