Follows #3082. Catalog property selection is handled separately in #2660.
What changes are included in this PR?
Adds
SigV4AuthManagerandSigV4Sessionfor signing on top of delegate authentication. Applications inject the manager withwith_auth_manager; credentials are resolved per request, with signing overrides supported for property-built contextual sessions.Configured headers are applied before authentication, and the default HTTP client disables redirects for signing managers.
from_propertiesaccepts static credentials; applications can inject a credentials provider for other sources.Are these changes tested?
Unit tests cover credential resolution, delegation, context overrides and error paths. Mock-server tests cover injected managers, redirect behavior and configured Authorization headers.
