feat(client): stop auto-disabling Humble and add Protocol.Humble - #36

The router routes through Humble pools again: the swap-direction bug that made Humble swaps fail (and got it disabled in July 2025) is fixed, and its quotes are verified against mainnet simulation. fetchQuote no longer adds Humble to disabledProtocols; only Tinyman v1 stays auto-disabled (unless _allowNonComposableSwaps). The Haystack Router routes through Humble pools again. Humble was disabled in July 2025 because the router read the crawler's renumbered
asset_orderingthe old way and sent every Humble swap the wrong direction. That is fixed router-side, with quotes checked to the unit against mainnet simulation.fetchQuoteno longer addsHumbletodisabledProtocols. Only Tinyman v1 stays auto-disabled, unless_allowNonComposableSwapsis set.Protocol.Humbleis added, so callers can still exclude it withdisabledProtocols: [Protocol.Humble].Until the router deploy that loads Humble pools ships, the API has none to route through, so this is safe to release first.
