Declares laravel/mcp and pollora/discovery, which the code uses; loads the test stubs from Pest only (PHPStan loaded them with WordPress's stubs and crashed on the redeclared functions); requires strict types in pint.json; records the public surface.

Every gate passes locally (composer qa).tests/Helpers/wordpress-stubs.php(autoload-dev.files), then PHPStan loaded WordPress's stubs, and both declareget_plugins()and others. The stubs load fromtests/Pest.phpnow.laravel/mcpandpollora/discoveryare declared: the code uses them (dependency analysis, ARCH-07).laravel/mcpis^1.0: Boost also accepts 0.x, which Nectar no longer does.pint.jsonrequiresdeclare_strict_types(ARCH-09); two Rector changes (typed constant, arrow function return type);symplify/rule-doc-generator-contractsis allowed as abandoned (pulled by Rector, same as the framework).api-surface.json(10 entries).
