Walkthrough

The pull request adds an API endpoint for workspace quota reviews and a Staff Overview tab on the quotas page. It also reformats existing code and adds spacing in the changelog.

Changes

Workspace quota review

Layer / File(s) Summary
Quota-review access and data loading
pages/api/workspace/[id]/quota-review.ts
The new endpoint validates the request and permissions, then loads workspace members, quotas, notices, and activity records for the reporting period.
Member quota progress and response
pages/api/workspace/[id]/quota-review.ts
The endpoint calculates each member’s assigned quota progress and returns completion and leave statuses. Custom quotas count as complete only when their submissions are approved.
Staff Overview tab and filters
pages/workspace/[id]/quotas.tsx
The page fetches review data and displays member progress, completion and leave statuses, filters, quota details, and loading, error, and empty states.

Formatting and changelog updates

CHANGELOG.md, components/profile/recommendation.tsx, pages/api/admin/instance-config.ts, pages/api/workspace/[id]/settings/..., pages/workspace/[id]/wall.tsx, utils/media.ts, utils/permissionsManager.ts

The page can show misleading counts after a request fails, and reviews may slow down in large workspaces. Both concerns are bounded enough for owner awareness and follow-up.

236-301: 🚀 Performance & Scalability | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick win

Index period records before building member results.

users.map scans the full activitySessions, adjustments, ownedSessions, participations, and allianceVisits arrays for every member. These queries cover the period from the latest reset, or 2025-01-01, through the current time, with no row limit. This creates repeated O(members × records) work and can become material in large workspaces.

Index the user-specific arrays once. Index each alliance visit under its host and every participant, while deduplicating users within a visit. This preserves the current results for visits shared by multiple members.
