fix(influx): keep InfluxDB ingest independent of MQTT brokers - #68

- skip MQTT retries while disconnected, so a dead broker no longer fills its queue and blocks every other sink; reconnecting republishes state - send state resyncs only to sinks that retain state, not InfluxDB - commit buffered points by age and on stop - apply the default filters to parsed values, so they actually match - add end to end InfluxDB ingest specs Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds end to end InfluxDB ingest specs (Redis → StatusEvents → InfluxDB, read back with Flux) covering every payload format, and fixes what they found:
broadcastfor every sink. Publishing is now skipped while the client is closed; reconnecting already republishes all state.Review
