Summary
Group names must be at least 3 characters (GitHub rejects
ci), so the CI group iscicd.Replaces one-PR-per-dependency with one Dependabot PR per group (multi-ecosystem groups). Every entry gets a 7-day cooldown. Ecosystems and directories covered are unchanged.

Close them once the first grouped PR opens (closing a Dependabot PR before then can make it ignore that version).
Testing
Validated against the SchemaStore
dependabot-2.0schema; ecosystem/directory coverage diffed against the current config (nothing added or dropped). Dependabot itself validates on merge: check Insights → Dependency graph → Dependabot.UI Changes
