After the disaster that was #240, try upgrading bottle to a version that does not depend on deprecated
cgimodule (that I'm pretty sure we're not using anyway). Retains existing modifications (though I'm pretty sure they're unnecessary with some minor effort)Limited local testing, have not yet worked out how to set up a development environment
