chore(release): openadapt-flow 2.3.0 - #1427

Bumps openadapt-flow to 2.3.0 (pyproject, __version__, the editable root in uv.lock) and writes the 2.3.0 changelog for everything merged since openadapt-flow-v2.2.0. Adds the openadapt-types 0.24.0 changelog entry: flow 2.3.0 requires openadapt-types>=0.24.0,<0.25.0 (#1270), so types 0.24.0 is published first. The sdist excludes /benchmark/**/*openimis*. openIMIS runs, tasks and results committed under auto_repair, scoreboard and undo_proposal after 2.2.0 would otherwise ride in the sdist, and --validate-dist-dir refuses that archive. Regenerates llms-full.txt for the changelog. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Its version is already 0.24.0 inpackages/types/pyproject.toml."/benchmark/**/*openimis*"to the sdist excludes. Since 2.2.0, openIMIS runs, tasks and results were committed underbenchmark/auto_repair,benchmark/scoreboardandbenchmark/undo_proposal. Without the exclude they ride in the sdist, and the workflow's--validate-dist-dirstep refuses it ("repository-only openIMIS benchmark material outside the MIT package boundary").Not changed:
