test(flow): induce --probe-on probes a desktop or remote test copy - #1289

For a test copy declared on windows, macos, linux, rdp or citrix, each probe run opens a fresh backend from the deployment file's backend section through the factory, resets the copy with reset_command, and never opens a browser. DeploymentProbeTargetalready builds a non-web backend from the deployment file, but nothing tested that path. This adds the test.tests/test_probe_induction_surfaces.py: a test copy declared on windows, macos, linux, rdp or citrix, withreset_command(noreset_url). The test runs the realDeploymentProbeTargetthroughprobe_and_induceon feat(flow): induce --probe-on settles a recording disagreement on a test copy #1276's branch recordings. It checks:conditional;No product code changes. 5 passed locally.
