Small link fixes in CLI help and built-in URLs. No behavior change.
qualify --help: the relativedocs/QUALIFICATION_TERMS.mdpaths now point to the docs.openadapt.ai glossary, and the verify.yaml guide link now points to its file in the monorepo. The--certifyhelp used a missing#policiesanchor; it now links#certification-policy.registry.py: the default index URL now points atpackages/flow/registry/index.jsonin the monorepo. Tested live; both entries load.scripts/install.shheader and the launcher hint for old Python versions now point at the monorepo copy ofinstall.sh, which returns HTTP 200.agent/copy.py: the preview command installs agent and flow from the monorepo. Flow is needed from source because the agent code now lives in it. Tested withuvx. No overlapping hunks with the open carry-over PRs #1197, #1198 or #1199.
