profile: point links into folded repos at the monorepo - #52

openadapt-flow and openadapt-agent now live under packages/ in OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt and the old repos will be archived. File and repo links in the profile move to packages/<name> on main, the Contribute section sends engine changes to the monorepo, and check_profile.py requires the new links. Kept: links to openadapt-desktop and openadapt-capture, which are not folded yet, and the release, commit and Actions links in the measured Flow 1.35.0 candidate and its tests.
