1.5.1 is published on Maven Central and GitHub. Record the exact source, signed tag and bundle, the 26 byte-matched Central files, 32 byte-matched GitHub assets, reproducible payloads, successful release CI, and Jim's authorized maintainer review exception.
Resume development at 1.5.2-SNAPSHOT with SCM HEAD and the immutable 1.5.1 API baseline. Align README, support policy, verification examples, and release notes with actual publication. Published bytes and the signed tag remain unchanged. The unchanged support API versions match the 1.5.1 POMs.
Validation: snapshot version guard and all 36 repository policy tests passed; git diff --check passed. A fresh-cache local clean verify passed against the published 1.5.1 API baseline: 2,290 tests, zero failures/errors/skips, including API/coverage/Javadoc gates. All required CI passed. The advisory Java 21 build hit a Checkstyle download connection reset and was retried without source changes. Jim's explicit maintainer review bypass authorization applies to this release follow-up.
The live OWASP project page now shows 1.5.1, with all three download coordinates updated and historical migration guidance retained.
All three hosted 1.5.1 Javadocs are now indexed and checked against their released Javadoc JAR entries. Only hosting-added Cloudflare scripts/email masking differ. The publication record preserves the earlier 17:01 UTC indexing observation.
