enhancement: Add 'Try Again' button to Home Page comparison error state #266

When a developer comparison fails (due to network timeout, GitHub rate limits, or transient connection issues), src/features/comparison/components/home-page-client.tsx displays an error card showing t("error.comparisonFailed") and generalError. However, there is no action button inside the error card to retry the comparison.

Motivation

Country leaderboard error cards have a dedicated Try again button (leaderboard.error.retry). Adding a corresponding retry button to the comparison error card allows users to recover with 1 click without needing to interact with the input fields again.

Tasks

• In src/features/comparison/components/home-page-client.tsx, add a <Button> inside the error card container.
• Clicking the button triggers handleCompare(username1, username2, { selectedLanguages }).
• Use t("leaderboard.error.retry") or add t("error.retry") to locales.
