In a `#def-` div, aliases of the term stay in the same div, in bold and in the div title.
Cite a source that uses an alias on the bold alias itself,
as in `**training error** [@hastie2009esl, sec. 7.2]`;
never write "the book uses that name",
because the citation already says so (Ezra, 2026-10-15).

For workflow fixes, do not restrict the publish workflow render target to HTML only.
Keep publish rendering all configured formats and fix underlying failures instead.
