Run gameplay and migration checks locally before publishing. Keep GitHub Actions for unit tests, builds, archive checks and security, without separate game-runtime installation. The release requires a receipt tied to the exact locally qualified files.
The local verifier records the real rendered death screen and receiving corpse packet, then checks the body and inventory after respawn. It also splits the long default graphical sequence and supports two isolated historical workers. Production code and all six release files are unchanged.
Checked: 221 Python tests; retained full local qualification; additional full Linux visibility/restart and spawn-drop negative control; changed render/packet checks on Windows with a short timing fixture. All new logs, receipts and 36 screenshots were reviewed. Hosted build, unit, archive and security checks pass.
